Terms and Conditions

JAFootball Academy

1. Introduction

Welcome to JA Football Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our 1-1 sessions, small group sessions, camps, and classes. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1 Registration: Participants must complete a registration form and provide accurate information.

2.2 Payment: Fees for all sessions, camps, and classes must be paid in full prior to the start date. Payments can be made via [payment methods e.g., bank transfer, credit card, etc.].

2.3 Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional charges and could result in the participant being denied entry to the session or program.

2.4 Refunds: Refunds will only be issued if a session or program is cancelled by Levenmouth Football Academy. No refunds will be given for missed sessions by the participant.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made by participants less than 24 hours before a session will not be refunded.

3.2 Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

3.3 Cancellation by Academy: In the event of a session being cancelled by the academy, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants. Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

4.2 Discipline: The academy reserves the right to remove any participant who breaches the code of conduct, without refund.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any medical conditions or injuries at the time of registration. It is the responsibility of the participant or their guardian to ensure they are medically fit to participate.

5.2 Injuries: Levenmouth Football Academy is not liable for any injuries sustained during sessions. Participants must follow all safety instructions given by coaches.

5.3 Emergency Contact: An emergency contact must be provided at registration.

6. Use of Facilities

6.1 Damage: Any damage to academy property or facilities caused by a participant will be charged to the participant or their guardian.

6.2 Personal Belongings: The academy is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought to sessions.

7. Image and Media Consent

7.1 Photography and Video: By enrolling in our programs, you consent to the academy taking photographs and videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Data Protection: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Liability

9.1 Waiver of Liability: Participants and their guardians waive any and all claims against Levenmouth Football Academy, its coaches, and staff for any liability, loss, injury, or damage related to participation in our programs.

10. Governing Law

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Scotland.
